All applicants must have prior experience. In addition, you must provide full documentation of your:• educational credentials;• medical records;• professional certifications;• clearances;• and licenses.

The following is an overview of the processes and documents that we require of each applicant. The requirements may vary according to the position.

Registered Nurses (RN)

Registered nurses must provide the following documents and undergo the following clearances:

 You must have a current, valid CNO registration;

 Complete immunization records;

 Valid First Aid/ CPR;

 Applicants must undergo a criminal background check;

 Resume;

 2-3 professional and character references;

 You must have past experience in acute care, long-term care, or another relevant specialty.

 

Specialty Registered Nurses

Specialty registered nurses must meet all of the requirements and provide all of the documents required for RNs (above), in addition to providing:

 Specialty certifications for verification; and

 You must detail your experiences in the area of specialty.

 

Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)

Registered practical nurses must provide the following documents and undergo the following clearances:

 You must have a current, valid CNO registration;

 Complete immunization records;

 Valid First Aid/CPR;

 Applicants must undergo a criminal background check;

 Resume;

 2-3 professional and character references;

 You must have past experience in acute care, long term care or another relevant specialty.

 

Personal Support Workers (PSW)

Personal support workers (PSWs) must provide the following documents::

 PSW Certificate from a reputable college or institution;

 Complete immunization records

 Valid First Aid/ CPR;

 Applicants must undergo a criminal background check;

 Resume;

 2-3 professional and character references;

 You must have past experience as a PSW;

 You must complete competency testing administered by Nu Age Health
